Demo on Hybridfox with support for Amazon AWS Elastic Load Balancer

* Create Load balancer
* Deregister/Register Instances
* Enable/Disable Availability zones
* Configure Health check
* Enable/Disable Application stickiness and Load balancer Stickiness
* Delete Loadbalancer
